So I think I am VERY late to this party, but I recently learned that you could make a cake with only a box of cake mix and a can of soda. When I found this out, my mind was BLOWN and I just had to give it a try. If I am being honest, I was a little disappointed. The end result tasted great, but it was just slightly dry. I decided to improve on this hack just slightly by adding in sour cream, and I will say that I was blown away by the end result. To make things even better, I went ahead and added some homemade orange cream cheese icing on top, and it was like a party in my mouth! See my recipe for Orange Soda Cake with Orange Cream Cheese Icing below.
Okay, I am going to put myself out there and hope you don’t all hate me. I have a confession – I don’t LOVE all of the pumpkin things that pop up each fall. Pumpkin spice latte? Not for me! Pumpkin pie? No thanks! Also, I am SUPER picky about my sweet breads, because there is nothing I hate more than a dry bread. Don’t even waste my time with that! With all that being said, this Cream Cheese Pumpkin Bread may just be my new favorite fall recipe! It is moist, loaded with pumpkin and spice flavor and it has a fantastic rich cream cheese center.

Jalapeño Poppers are definitely one of my favorite appetizers, so I decided to take those flavors and create a Jalapeño Popper Chicken Casserole. This casserole consists of a creamy seasoned chicken mixture, jalapeños, melted cheddar and crispy bacon. It only takes a few minutes to put this dish together, and after 20 minutes in the oven you have a delicious cheesy meal ready to go. This casserole also happens to be low carb (only 4 net!) and Keto friendly! This is great served with some fresh veggies, a side salad, rice or mashed potatoes or cauliflower.
Cheesecake, cinnamon and sugar – these are three of my favorite things, and when you combine them magical things can happen! These Easy Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars require just a few simple ingredients and they come together so effortlessly that you just may find yourself making them way too often. A basic cheesecake filling is spread between flaky crescent dough and it is all topped with a buttery cinnamon sugar topping. You can even get crazy and top these bars with any of your favorite fruits, syrups or sauces. Save this recipe as it is a great one to make for parties and pot lucks!
If you are looking for a recipe that will satisfy just about everyone – here it is! This really is The Best Alfredo Sauce, and it will please so many people! Have picky kids? Someone doing a low carb diet? Pasta lovers? Vegetarians? Just about anyone!
