I have a fun idea! Let’s take two of THE BEST desserts and make one ultra amazing, spectacular and scrumptious dessert! This Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake is an amazing sweet treat that anyone who has taste buds is sure to love. This is a great dessert to impress anyone or just to enjoy all by yourself. Save this recipe – you are definitely going to want it for later!
Photogenic they are not, but irresistible and delicious they most definitely are! These Candy Loaded Cookie Bars can be made with whatever chocolate candy you have on hand. If you have a bunch of candy leftover from Halloween, Christmas, Valentines, or whatever – chop it up and throw it in! Imagine a cookie that is rich and chewy and overflowing with all of your favorite chocolate candies. Here it is!
Cheesecake, cinnamon and sugar – these are three of my favorite things, and when you combine them magical things can happen! These Easy Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars require just a few simple ingredients and they come together so effortlessly that you just may find yourself making them way too often. A basic cheesecake filling is spread between flaky crescent dough and it is all topped with a buttery cinnamon sugar topping. You can even get crazy and top these bars with any of your favorite fruits, syrups or sauces. Save this recipe as it is a great one to make for parties and pot lucks!
If you love S’mores, but you don’t always want to build a campfire just to enjoy them, these S’mores Bars might just be for you. If I am being completely honest, I do not usually love s’mores. I am not a huge marshmallow fan usually, but these bars are a different story. A fantastically delicious cookie base holds the perfect amount of graham crackers, Hershey bars and marshmallows together. This would be a great dessert to serve at a summer gathering, just don’t expect leftovers!
I am obsessing over summer coming. Yesterday, I was in such a summery mood, so I decided to make Shrimp Summer Salad because it has so many of my favorite foods of the season. Last night, I was REALLY craving some dessert, but it also needed to be something that I associate with summer. Key lime pie screams summertime to me, but I didn’t want just regular key lime pie. I realized that I had a bunch of cream cheese that I bought to test out another recipe so I decided to combine two of my favorite desserts: key lime pie and cheesecake. The only thing that would make these bars better would be eating it IN Key West.
My kids absolutely love Oreos. We almost always have a pack of them in the pantry, because I can use them to bribe my kids to do almost anything. I got a new pack a couple days ago, and put them on the top shelf of the pantry like I usually do. My two year old managed to climb up the shelves like a little spider monkey and get the Oreos. She then broke EVERY. SINGLE. COOKIE. Having all of those broken cookies really bothered me (because I’m annoying like that), so I decided to make something using them.
Do you guys have a favorite cereal from childhood? I most definitely do, and it is Cinnamon Toast Crunch. No one will ever convince me that it is not the best cereal ever. My kids love this cereal now, so we always have some around the house. The other day, I started thinking that a dessert that incorporated it somehow could be delicious. I mean Cinnamon Toast Crunch is really kind of a dessert in itself if you think about it, but I took that to a whole other level. Try these Apple Bars with Cinnamon Toast Crunch Crust today!
