Apple crisp is one of those classic desserts that I will NEVER turn down! While it is traditionally a fall dessert, I have no qualms about enjoying it at any time of the year (I have even been known to have it for breakfast.). For this Air Fryer Apple Crisp Recipe, I took an already amazing dessert, and made it even easier to make and with VERY LITTLE clean-up! Get your apples ready, you are going to LOVE this!
This Slow Cooker Birria Recipe is one of my family’s favorites! It is absolutely delicious, and you can enjoy it in so many ways. We love to make barrio tacos or quesadillas with this meat, but it is also great all by itself, or served on a salad. The beef slow cooks all day, and it will fill your home with the most tempting smells. Be careful – your neighbors may show up asking what time dinner is!
Since moving to St. Louis the first time about 9 years ago, I have been a HUGE fan of Gooey Butter Cake. This stuff is everywhere around here, and it is easy to see why – it is amazing! You can make or buy just about any flavor you can imagine of this gooey creation, and lemon is probably one of my favorites. Lemon desserts are always a win in my book, so I decided to share this crowd pleaser with you! Try out my Lemon Gooey Butter Cake today!
I absolutely LOVE seasonal baking! Christmas baking is probably my favorite, and there is an abundance of recipes for that holiday, but you know what other holiday I have so much fun making treats for? Halloween! The vibrant contrasting colors associated with halloween create the most eye-catching and just plain fun desserts. These Funfetti Cheesecake Halloween Cookies are easy to make, absolutely delicious and they are perfect for any halloween event!
Growing up in Virginia, Carolina style pulled pork was what we had all the time, and I LOVED it! I have lived in several different places as an adult, but even after being in Texas and St. Louis, no one can convince me that Carolina style isn’t the best type of pulled pork. I have wanted a smoker for some time now, but we haven’t gotten one just yet. I decided to take matters into my own hands and make some delicious pulled pork with my slow cooker, and I sure was happy with the results! I hope you enjoy this Slow Cooker Carolina Style Pulled Pork as much as we did!
Our family has moved around A LOT. We have moved 5 times (each time to a different state!) in the last 9 years, and we have had 4 babies along the way! The first time we moved, it was from Mathews, Virginia to St. Louis, Missouri. One thing that I quickly discovered after moving to St. Louis was Gooey Butter Cake. You can find this amazing St. Louis creation all over the place, and it is easy to see why. We have since moved back to the St. Louis area, and I have fallen in love with this delicious treat all over again! Check out my Recipe for Gooey Butter Cake below!
This Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken Casserole is made entirely in the crock pot, so you will have hardly any dishes. This is one of those recipes that will be perfect for busy school nights, and to make it even better, the whole family is sure to love it! We like to enjoy this served over rice or mashed potatoes and with rolls and fresh veggies on the side. Go ahead and save this recipe and then thank me later!
Looking for an easy dinner idea that will please your whole family? Look no further! This Super Easy Taco Pie is a cinch to make. Flaky pie crusts are filled with refried beans, seasoned ground beef, salsa and cheese. Top it with some sour cream, salsa, guacamole, queso or any of your favorite veggies, and enjoy!
Remember those delicious strawberry crunch ice cream bars? Well imagine those plus CHEESECAKE. These Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Bars are even easier to make than my traditional Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake, but they taste just as amazing. This is probably my favorite cheesecake recipe, and it is great to make for parties and events, or just to have as a sweet treat at home. One warning: be careful who you make this for, because they WILL ask you to make it again!
