I made my Easy Apple Sopapilla Cheesecake a few days ago, and I had a realization. I could have been making the same cheesecake with SO MANY different fruit fillings this whole time! First, I decided to test cherry. I decided to leave off the cinnamon that I typically use on these crescent cheesecakes. The end result was an incredibly easy to make and scrumptious dessert that I will be making time and time again. Try this easy Cherry Crescent Cheesecake out today!

Have you ever tried Christmas Crack? It is this AMAZING saltine cracker candy with a caramelized center and chocolate coating that is just irresistible! So I think I am VERY late to this party, but I recently learned that you could make a cake with only a box of cake mix and a can of soda. When I found this out, my mind was BLOWN and I just had to give it a try. If I am being honest, I was a little disappointed. The end result tasted great, but it was just slightly dry. I decided to improve on this hack just slightly by adding in sour cream, and I will say that I was blown away by the end result. To make things even better, I went ahead and added some homemade orange cream cheese icing on top, and it was like a party in my mouth! See my recipe for Orange Soda Cake with Orange Cream Cheese Icing below.

My mom is a pretty picky eater, but one thing that she absolutely loves is nuts! It is always a safe bet to give her nuts as a gift. I am honestly not a huge fan, but when she came to visit us this most recent time, I knew I should make her something special. I decided to make her some Candied Pecans because I know how much she loves them, and I also knew they would be great in my pantry until the next time she came to visit. This recipe is sweet, salty and flavorful and it is perfect for enjoying as a snack, adding on top of sweet potatoes or salads or even giving to your friends as a gift around the holidays.
Gatherings and get together are so great so so many reasons, but one of the things I love most about them is DIPS! So many fall foods incorporate pumpkin, and so many fall events call for parties. In my family, we like to do A LOT of baking around the holidays. One of our favorite Christmas recipes is Christmas Crack. It is a sweet and salty treat made with saltine crackers topped with a caramelized mixture and then chocolate. You let the whole thing harden and then CRACK it before enjoying. I decided to take that treat and put a different spin on it to create Halloween Crack. This is a great treat for any Halloween party or just to enjoy at home. Try it out today!
