This Instant Pot Chicken and Orzo was born, and it is so easy and delicious!

These two bottles of Pinot Grigio have just been sitting around since then, so I decided to make good use of them. Today was a hot day – the kind of day when I want to just hang out outdoors with a nice adult beverage. I started brainstorming and decided to make a lemon lime sangria because I thought it would be super refreshing for the hot weather.
