Cheesecake, cinnamon and sugar – these are three of my favorite things, and when you combine them magical things can happen! These Easy Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars require just a few simple ingredients and they come together so effortlessly that you just may find yourself making them way too often. A basic cheesecake filling is spread between flaky crescent dough and it is all topped with a buttery cinnamon sugar topping. You can even get crazy and top these bars with any of your favorite fruits, syrups or sauces. Save this recipe as it is a great one to make for parties and pot lucks!
There aren’t many desserts that scream summer more than angel food cake with fresh berries. Add some no-bake cheesecake filling to that combo and you have what one could only call perfection. This Berry Cheesecake Trifle is a beautiful red white and blue dessert that is just what your Fourth of July or Memorial Day party needs, but it would really be amazing at any time of year! This trifle comes together in just 10 minutes, and no baking is required, so you can get right back to your summer fun as quickly as possible!
This Chocolate Caramel Crunch Cheesecake is a rich, decadent and indulgent creation. It is a combination of an Oreo crust, sweet caramel and crunchy toffee layer, smooth chocolate cheesecake filling and more toffee crunch on top. This is one dessert that should satisfy almost anyone, so make one today to share!
Growing up, I was a cereal loving kid all the way. To be honest, I am still a cereal loving adult! Fruity Pebbles has, without a question, always been one of my favorite cereals. While a bowl of cereal is always great, I decided to make something a little more exciting using this colorful and delicious cereal. These soft and rich cheesecake flavored cookies are chock-full with crunchy Fruity Pebbles. Kids and adults alike will go crazy for these cookies!
I can feel it! Summer is here (well almost)! Summer is completely my favorite season. I am all about the sun and the heat, but mostly I am all about not having to rush my kids off to school every morning. With summer comes two things: lots of cookouts and get-togethers and also moms serving things that require little to no effort to prepare because they “don’t want to heat the house up with the oven”. I may be one of those moms more often than I would like to admit! These Individual No-Bake Cheesecakes are great because they are easy to transport and also easy to serve. They are also great because they require no baking at all.
I am obsessing over summer coming. Yesterday, I was in such a summery mood, so I decided to make Shrimp Summer Salad because it has so many of my favorite foods of the season. Last night, I was REALLY craving some dessert, but it also needed to be something that I associate with summer. Key lime pie screams summertime to me, but I didn’t want just regular key lime pie. I realized that I had a bunch of cream cheese that I bought to test out another recipe so I decided to combine two of my favorite desserts: key lime pie and cheesecake. The only thing that would make these bars better would be eating it IN Key West.
I AM SO EXCITED FOR GAME OF THRONES! The final season begins tonight, and I. CAN. NOT. WAIT! Have you guys seen these GOT Oreos? There is a House Targaryan, House Stark, Knight King and House Lannister design. In honor of the best show out there starting back up tonight, I made these mini Oreo cheesecakes, and used the GOT Oreos. I can’t wait to eat them while watching Khaleesi make her way to the Iron Throne!
