I personally feel like flank steak is a highly underappreciated cut of beef. It is considerably less expensive per pound than many other steaks, it cooks a lot faster than thicker pieces of meat, and it is great for so many things from fajitas, salads, sandwiches and mostly as a vehicle for a delicious marinade. This Cilantro Lime Marinated Flank Steak is super easy to make, great to throw on the grill and serve to guests, low carb (only 1 net carb/serving!) and LOADED with flavor. Try it out for yourself and see!

Baked Sweet Chili Chicken Wings
Ever since I posted my Sweet Chili Chicken and Noodle Stir Fry, I have been working on another recipe using sweet chili sauce. I absolutely love the stuff, and it really compliments so many different foods. My husband is always asking for chicken wings, but I honestly avoid making them because I am just not crazy about them. I decided that maybe if I made wings using the sauce I love so much, maybe I would have a change of heart. So, I gave it a try, and these amazing Baked Sweet Chili Chicken Wings were born!
Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Glaze
Pork tenderloin is one of those things, to me, that can either be delicious or dry and bland. I find that a lot of recipes end up being the latter. I honestly shy away from making both pork tenderloin and pork chops most of the time, because I feel like they usually leave something to be desired. After coming up with a pork chop recipe that I was very happy with, I decided to work on a tenderloin recipe as well. This recipe is actually loosely based on our favorite way to have deer tenderloin. I changed it up a little, and we were very happy with the results!
