Here are some tips for making my Funeral Potatoes:
- Go ahead and use fresh potatoes if you want! I love the convenience of the frozen diced potatoes, but you do you!
- This is a great dish to prepare the day before and then just stick in the oven when you are almost ready to serve it.
- You could also prep these cheesy potatoes and stick them in the freezer until you are ready to cook them. You will want to add a little time in the oven if you choose to do this.

- Frozen southern style hash browns
- Onion
- Sour Cream
- Cheddar Cheese
- Cream of Chicken soup
- Pepper
- Cornflakes
- Butter
