Butterfinger Cookie Bars

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¾ cup brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ creamy peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 20 oz butterfinger bites crushed


  • Preheat the oven to 350° and grease a 13×9 dish.
  • Combine the butter and both sugars. Mix well. Add in the peanut butter and mix again. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. Slowly add into the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
  • Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the dish and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour the sweetened condensed milk on top. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and crushed butterfingers on top of the milk. Bake for 12 more minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the bars to cool completely before slicing and serving.
