Funfetti Cheesecake Christmas Cookies
These Funfetti Cheesecake Christmas Cookies with white chocolate chips are so quick and easy to make, and all of your friends will be begging for the recipe!
Servings: 18 cookies
- 15.25 oz box funfetti cake mix the green and red holiday version!
- 3.4 oz box INSTANT cheesecake pudding mix
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350° and line 2 baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper, or grease the pans.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix just until combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Scoop out 18 equal sized balls of dough and place them on the baking sheets. Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes, or just until the edges begin to brown. Allow to cool before serving.
