- 8 eggs
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat the oven to 350° and grease 24 mini muffin tins.
In a bowl, beat together the eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Add in the cumbled bacon and mix together. Pour equal amounts of the egg mixture in each muffin tin. Sprinkle equal amounts of cheese on top of each egg bite.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 23 minutes. Allow to cool for 3 minutes before removing from the pan.
