Smoothies are one of the only ways that I manage to get a healthy breakfast. By the time I feed everyone else in my house in the morning, there isn’t a lot of time left to feed myself. I love to make smoothies because they are delicious, quick and easy and loaded with healthy ingredients and. You may have already tried my PB&J Smoothie and my Orange Cream Smoothie (if you haven’t, you should!). This blueberry smoothie is another regular in my rotation. This is a healthy breakfast that even your kids will love!
Products I recommend for this recipe:
- 1 medium banana peeled
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or your milk of choice
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- handful of ice
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
